His style is collaborative and strengths-based, meeting clients where they are and moving forward at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.

Megan Macalupu

CSW

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions—whether it’s anger, sadness, fear, or a mix of everything at once—you’re not alone. Relationship challenges, difficulty focusing at work or school, and even just the weight of daily life can become exhausting. Despite your best efforts to manage on your own, self-help strategies or advice from friends and family may not be providing the relief you need. If you’re ready to seek professional support, I am here to help. Together, we can work toward clarity, balance, and meaningful change.

I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, providing compassionate support and crisis interventions during some of their most challenging moments. My professional expertise is complemented by personal experiences with loss, divorce, and caring for a loved one with cancer, allowing me to bring a deep sense of empathy and understanding to my work.

I strive to create a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. My therapeutic approach is warm, goal-oriented, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I am eager to meet you and help move your life into a happier and more effective path. I have immediate openings, so call or email today and I will see you soon!

Brandee Hansen

CSW

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as your true self. My goal is to create a space where you can show up honestly, feel heard, and begin making meaningful changes at your own pace.
As a single mom of three, I understand the real-life challenges of balancing responsibilities, navigating stress, and continuing to show up each day. I bring that perspective into my work, valuing authenticity, resilience, and meeting clients exactly where they are.

I specialize in working with substance use, LGBTQ+ concerns, criminogenic behavior, couples counseling, and teen mental health. I also have experience supporting individuals navigating chronic pain, divorce, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and personality disorders.

My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you make real progress. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help you build skills, increase insight, and move toward your goals. I am currently expanding my training in EMDR and plan to pursue certification in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Outside of work, I enjoy camping and off-roading, watching funny movies, reading, playing video games, and spending time with my therapy-dog-in-training, Jazzy.
